I also prepare my clients with advice regarding the views and opinions a buyer might have after viewing their home. My home staging experience comes in handy when it’s time to showcase the most attractive features and benefits of your home, leaving the buyers with a good first impression. I truly enjoy this aspect of selling real estate.
When acting as a Buyer Agent, I find my clients value my opinion, as I'll share all the pros and cons. If ever I say "This is the perfect house for you," my clients know that I mean it because they've heard me say before, "Don't buy this house, it's not the right fit for you – lets keep looking”. I will always tell my buyers “buy real estate with resale value in mind”, and prior to their purchase, I will make them aware of other similar houses that have sold in the area.
In the end, my clients know that the purchase or sale of a home is their decision and theirs alone. I know that my role is to advise, provide up-to-date information regarding sales in that area, guide and negotiate.
