Did you know approximately "95% of buyers buy on emotion" and in less than a minute can decide whether or not they love your house? Well I CAN help make it "love at first sight".
I have been a Realtor with Re/Max for 5 years and also a Realtor with an ASP designation. An ASP is an Accredited Staging Professional and has been trained and certified through StagedHomes.com, the industry leader in Staging Education and Training. The ASP Course is developed by Barb Schwarz, The Creator of Home Staging.
Over 80% of buyers research online first to see which homes will make it to their “must see” list. How many times have you heard “A picture is worth a thousand words!” Homes that have been staged showcase better on websites – the pictures speak for themselves.
Remember, today’s buyer has already seen your house online. Those photos can either encourage or discourage someone from wanting to view your house — the internet has become a virtual window to your home. I can help you create a view buyers will love.
“Buyers Only Know What They See, Not the Way it’s Going to Be!”

Home Staging is the process of preparing homes for sale regardless of location, price, or condition. Staging is a listing tool – a Value Added Service & Market Differentiator. Staging is the Realtor’s ultimate marketing tool!
Staging is the art of turning a seller’s home into a product and since the Real Estate market has changed, - it’s not business as usual. So as your Realtor, I have added value to my listing service.
My services as your Realtor, after I list your home for sale, may include some or all of the following:
1. Listing your home for sale and review of marketing plan - advertising, open houses and internet exposure etc
2. Home Staging Consultation
3. Arranging furniture, artwork and collectibles for optimal viewing (using what you already have)
4. Sometimes I will add a few simple items, such as accessorizing with lighting, plants, linens, art
5. Assistance with de-cluttering, depersonalizing and organizing by providing a few plastic tubs to store some of those items that are currently laid out in your home.
6. Advice regarding moving or packing excess items and furnishings
7. Recommendations concerning areas of cleaning and items for temporary storage
8. Comprehensive décor and colour recommendations
9. Recommendations regarding landscaping and curb appeal (weather permitting).
10. And turning the "FOR SALE" sign into "SOLD"
First impressions are so very important! When a staged home appears on the market, it stands out so that most buyers will want to move quickly. We want to “woo” the buyers by creating the "WOW" factor.
Staging does not have to be costly or stressful. We can do as much or as little as you would like. By reworking your home's furnishings and creating space, warmth and function and highlighting your home's positive features, we can prepare your home for a successful sale.
Few are willing to buy a house that looks tired, cluttered or in need of repair. Buyers are looking for a house they can identify with, afford, and one that offers something more than expected, - the WOW factor. |
